It is increasingly difficult to get away from our phones and electronics. Although it is recommended to avoid blue light at a minimum of 1-hour before we head off to sleep, it is not always possible to stick to this rule.

The blue light glasses are a fantastic filter to reduce the effects of blue light on our production of melatonin during the evening hours.
