Meet Tracy Milenko our Creative Director   Tracy (T1) has been a passionate advocate of the Human Potential movement and stress management since the mid 1980s and has undertaken a broad range of courses and training over the last three decades.  From 1989 - 1993 she ran and owned natural health centres in Sydney that included floatation tanks and practitioners. This triggered a love of combining neuroscience and stress management training to benefit people in managing their everyday life.  In 1994 she founded a marketing and promotional merchandise business called Walkin’ Promotions which she still runs today and celebrates its 25th year in 2019.  The desire to find sustainable and ethical products for her clients resulted in collaborating with Tracy Walch to bring you Ecotopia Australia.

Meet Lou Aubrey our Fashion Director   Lou’s creative life started out studying Fashion and graduating from East Sydney TAFE, now known as the National Art School in Darlinghurst.  Love of the Theatre caught her imagination and over a ten year span she worked in Theatre, Film, TV highlighted with three years at the Australian Opera.  During that career Lou was always drawn to the appreciation and magic of fabric and colour. She set up unique Women’s Shoe and Fashion retail stores, Coelho & Cicero in Avalon (her home town) and Leura (her adopted home).  With her ability to source beautiful, authentic cottons and rayons from India, she successfully designed and manufactured select pieces for the two stores.
