With a background in health science, she helps people and workplaces use the senses to improve how they feel and function in an overstimulating world.

With a background in health science and more than two decades in pharmaceutical leadership, Ngahina combines research, cultural insight and real-world application to support everyday wellbeing.

Her focus on sensory strategy emerged from a period of feeling disconnected and a desire to understand how environments affect how we feel and function. Drawing on practitioner training in aromatherapy and insights across disciplines, from psychology to environmental design, her approach blends science, history and human experience.

Now based in Sydney, she is carving a path in the emerging field of sensory strategy. She helps individuals and organisations improve how people live, work and feel.
