Royal Green Hojari Frankincense infused in Macadamia Oil is the base of our Elixir.

  • The Magic of Frankincense

This prized resin, the highest grade of frankincense and known for its antibacterial and antimicrobial qualities, also soothes inflammation, supports cellular regeneration, and helps maintain a clear, even complexion.

Its gentle, aromatic compounds tone and calm the skin, leaving it resilient, soft, and subtly luminous.

To honour the slow nature of infusion, each bottle of Elixir carries a single fragment of green Royal Hojari frankincense, in addition to the infused oil base, an elegant natural remnant that continues releasing its properties over time, making every bottle subtly unique.

Macadamia Oil — Nature’s Silken Nourishment

Luxuriously rich and deeply penetrating, macadamia oil is one of nature’s most nourishing skincare oils. Suitable for all skin types, it works wonders on conditions ranging from dryness and dullness to sensitivity, helping to soothe, balance, and restore comfort.

Naturally bioavailable and non-comedogenic, this golden oil hydrates without clogging pores. Bursting with essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and minerals like calcium, potassium, and magnesium, macadamia oil supports skin elasticity and resilience while delivering a radiant, moisturized glow.

Known as the “vanishing oil,” its composition closely resembles the skin’s own sebum — the natural waxy barrier that keeps skin supple and hydrated. As sebum levels naturally decline with age, macadamia oil steps in to replenish what time takes away, offering deep, lasting hydration that feels like a second skin.

As a premium carrier oil, it enhances the absorption of essential oils and other active ingredients, making it an exceptional base for facial serums, body oils, and massage treatments. 100% plant-based and silky smooth, macadamia oil is an indulgent choice for anyone seeking gentle, effective, and nature-aligned skincare.

  • The fragrance of frankincense has tantalised our senses since ancient times. It is uplifting and described as fresh and green with hints of eucalyptus.

  • Also known as the True or Frank incense, it has one of the richest histories of incense and fragrance in the world. It has been part of mankind’s life for thousands of years and was once considered more precious than gold. Versatile, it has been used over the centuries to treat ailments and ensure wellbeing. Since Biblical times, frankincense has been used extensively for its anti-bacterial, infection and virus killing properties.

Frankincense is the sap of the Boswellia tree and is both a resin and a gum. The fragrance is uplifting, fresh and green with hints of eucalyptus.

Grown predominantly in North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula, the trees range from 2 metres to 7 metres tall. The sap is gathered from incisions made in the tree’s trunk and branches. Dried gum is harvested only when it has hardened and settled into a state that is known as “tears”. The highest grade of frankincense is translucent white or green and is known as “Royal Hojari”. It was originally grown for the Sultans of Oman, Nobility and those of high rank.

Well known in Ancient Egypt, it was extensively used for cosmetics, perfumery, embalming and burial ceremonies. It was also a key ingredient in the famous Kyphi used by Egyptian priests. Kyphi was not used as a perfume but as an incense blend to burn in the temples. It was valued at such high importance that the Egyptians carved the recipe into the temple walls so that it may be preserved and kept at its most authentic state.

Traditionally, it burned on charcoal pucks. Burning frankincense as an incense promotes a sense of calm and comfort. It helps with mental clarity, focus and awareness. Many cultures, including the Tibetans and Indians, have used Frankincense as an aid in meditation and ceremony. Across so many cultures and times, it has functioned to promote mental clarity and a sustainable sense of wellbeing.
